If all goes well I should have the lamps firing this weekend sometime. Need to terminate a bunch of connectors first, and write some code to strobe the matrix.

It's a mystery to me... here's the schematic:

The PNPs at the top are tip107, the NPNs are the bottom are top102.

Oh, the pullups are all 10k, and the resistors attached to the bases are all 470ohm.

Hah, I'm an idiot. This is why we do the math on resistors instead of just grabbing one that looks right.

3/4W through a 1/4W resistor = smoke escape
