What did you tinker with today?

Got a bit of work done on some old-timey door trim for my house. Remembered why routing MDF is an outside job. Blech.

Paperwork. Filed the incorporation forms and did my taxes. Blah!

I did a rough draft of my taxes to get an idea of what this years return will look like using uFile. However, I haven't received all my forms yet to complete my taxes.

I love getting it done as soon as possible though.

So, yesterday I went from 0 knowledge of Arduinos to a working knowledge of them, thanks to Adam lending me his Duemilanove. My meager accomplishments:

Did the classic 'blink' circuit with example sketch
Thought it was neat so expanded it to a cylon eye-scanner style circuit (only did like 6 LEDs, not that impressive)
Played with an RGB LED and did some color mixing where one set of LEDs would come on, then another would come on, yada yada. Used an example sketch for this one
Really didn't like how harsh it was (no fading) so rewrote the code to make the LEDs fade in and out, worked really well
Using an example sketch, did some output to an LCD

That's about it. Anybody have some easy beginner-style projects for me to get my hands dirty on?
