I think UPS has redone their list of services. I used to always look for Worldwide Expedited if I had to ship UPS. That's a crappy deal if that is no longer a duty free option. I say send it back and give them hell by phone and email.
I ordered from the U.S. digikey website.....not the Canadian one.
I called UPS and digikey, and digikey tried to convince me that I couldn't refuse the package, so I argued and they relented. I called UPS and told them I was refusing the package based on their outrageous brokerage fee's, and they were cool and accepted that.
So now I'm going to re-order the parts now from the Canadian digikey website. Blah.
