DESCRIPTION:The Annual General Meeting of Saskatoon TechWorks Inc. will be 
 held at 7:00PM on March 12\, 2019 at 412B 44th St. E.\, Saskatoon\, SK.\n\
 nIn addition to the typical business of our monthly general meetings\, thi
 s special meeting will also include:\n\n 	Review of the financial statemen
 ts for the 2019-2020 fiscal year\n 	Election of a new Board of Directors f
 or the 2020-2021 term\n 	Proposed changes to our bylaws\n\nThe Returning O
 fficer for this election of the Board of Directors will be Mena Ryan. They
  will be responsible for accepting nominations in advance of the election 
 and accepting and counting the ballots during the election. They may be re
 ached in person\, by email at sktechworksagmvoting@gmail.com\, or by posta

 Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors will be open from now 
 until 11:59PM March 2\, 2020. In order for an individual to be nominated\,
  the nominee must provide to the Returning Officer a letter indicating tha
 t they have been nominated and that they accept the nomination. This must 
 include the date of the nomination and the signatures of both the nominee 
 and the member who has nominated them. The final list of nominees will be 
 provided to all members no later than March 3\, 2020.\n\nWe thank you for
