Analog Games Day

We’ll be hosting another analog games day this sunday (April 15) starting around noonish. Board games, card games, whatever you feel like! We’ll have an assortment of games on hand, but feel free to bring any favorites. Everyone is welcome.

AGM Rescheduled

Due to some delays in getting the necessary paperwork together, the AGM has been rescheduled for March 19th at 7pm (one week later than previously announced). It will replace the regular monthly meeting for march.

The final agenda is still being nailed down, but the high-level items are:
– Review financial statements from 2011
– Elect a new board of directors
– Vote on some proposed bylaw amendments (still being finalized, but will include changes to reflect the new membership procedure, and a general simplifying of the bylaws)

Upcoming meetings

Our next monthly meeting will be held at 7pm on Monday, Feb 13th. As usual, it’ll be in our secret basement lab at 220 20th St. W.

In addition, our Annual General Meeting will take the place of our regular monthly meeting for March. It will be held at 7pm on Monday, March 12th in the same location

Board Games Day: Saturday, February 4th @ 12PM

Heads up, board game fans! Saskatoon TechWorks is hosting another board games day on Saturday, February 4th starting at 12PM and going until people get sick of playing. We’ll have a few games on hand but attendees are encouraged to bring their own as well. This event is open to the public. See you there!
